Due to my admiration at the Azerbaijzhanian Eurovision entry 2008 I've decided to dedicate this page on my site to the duet.

Being guests at the Latvian National Final Samir and Elnur experienced great success. As Oikotimes report: "Most of the locals are a bit more conservative in their moral and ethic beliefs, that is why the audience was shocked and scared with Samir’s act and the things he was doing to a ballet-girl. <...> The audience was shocked and silent until the moment Samir awoke every soul in the hall by performing several notes of Mugham. After that moment first rows were going crazy and the rest of guests were supporting them by giving a huge rhythmic applause."
